LONGJOIN As a maker of professional audio, communication and electronics products, Longjoin has its own PCBA production facilities, assembly lines and testing equipments which are suitable for various types of products.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology)

4 SMT production lines are equipped with high speed mounting machines and are able to handle more than 7 millions surface mount components daily. With repeatability and accuracy of ±0.03mm@3sigma, the machines can handle 0402(Metric) chip components, WLP, CSP and MicroBGA components with pitches down to 0.3mm, and big components up to size of 45mm x 45mm. As for PCB size, the machines can handle up to boards sized 460mm x 700mm. For quality control, we have X-Ray Inspection Machine and Automatic Optical Inspection Machines.

Through Hole Production

Longjoin has Automatic Insertion Machines, Manual Insertion Production Lines, Wave Soldering, Hand Soldering. The processes are handled by experienced operators and technicians, combined with adequate automations.

Assembly

Longjoin production is versatile for different types of products. Longjoin has good experiences with audio mixers, speakers and amplifiers, wooden cabinets products, midi keyboards, guitar pedals, dedicated computers, etc. We design and make various assembly fixtures to enhance production efficiency and yield.

Testing

Most of the test fixtures are designed and made in-house by Longjoin team. Our engineers are able to develop test solutions with Audio Precision ®, National Instruments ®, ICT. We can also assist our customers on their own test solutions.
