To light up staff's leisure time after time and to encourage staff to participate in sports, Longjoin annually holds a sport competition event – Longjoin Winter Games. And this year is the 4th Winter Games. There are personal and group sport competitions including, tug-of-war, basketball, ping pong, cheese, rope jumping, snooker, relay race. A lot of staff participated into the games which sees the good team spirit of Longjoin.
The success of Winter Games provides good amusement to the staff and also strengthens the team spirit and loyalty of the company.
